Yea they have the police down there alot dealing with abusive customers.
To be fair you werent a mechanic more of the training for the service advior so he knew what he was talking about

Hey people. I picked up the car yesterday after leaving it there for just over a week. The exhaust isnt perfectly level, but its harldy noticable, id say the the n/s tail pip is about 5mm lower than the o/s, so not a massive issue. The bumper still doesnt fit flush with the arch, but its alot better than it was. I think this is the best it is ever going to be and im not gonna push my luck anymore with it. So all in all im relativley happy with it.
