had my first day off in months yesterday (constantly working 7 days a week just so i can afford the privilage of owning a 172 at 18!!) so spent all day claying, polishing, waxing the 172 and its looking awesome, parked it up in the drive lastnight to be woken up by mum this morning asking if "that scratch is always there?"

went down and some tit has keyed my car right down the drivers side, cheers mate!!!

think its time to sell it for something fast and shite looking!!

Unfortunately its the world we live in these days mate, people have no respect for each others property. I've lost count of the number of times some idiot has opened their door into mine, or bumped into me while parking - makes me wish i just had an old shed of a car so i didnt have to get so wound up about it

My Dad looked out of the window the other day and saw a group of 4 or 5 "youths" standing round my car with a load of stones in their hands - he banged on the window and they scarpered, luckily for them it was my old man who saw them and not me or i would have gone out there and totally lost the plot (probably lucky for me I didnt really).
