Why do the f4r engines blow the spark plugs

Car  Clio 182
Just wondering why the f4r engines like to blow spark plugs out?
is this a case of the wrong plug used, over revving, cross threaded plugs etc
is there a pattern to why they fail or just crap luck?

its not just that engine, so many home mechanics and so called professionals DON'T use a torque wrench whilst fitting, we've seen it on all sorts

when a spark plug has a bloody torque setting on the box USE IT!

Is 28nm 100% correct? Done a search and some say 24nm and someone else said hand tight and 1/4 turn?

I'm sure the box for my NGK prf6e10's did say on the box finger tight then quarter a turn.

I wasn't happy with that so tested with a torque wrench and they were pretty much bang on.
