Will a psh1 head fit on a psh2 BE?

Without any breathing issues (crank case breathers etc)

Or are the bottom ends the a same? Bore stroke etc

I used a ph1 172 head on the (182?) bottom end I got from you

the cam covers are different for different oil separators...

heads are interchangeable though...

yes, just swap the cam cover and corresponding oil separator plate to match your existing config!

you sure? fairly sure I put a 182 cam cover on a 172 cylinder head

You can but you're not meant to as they're matched to the head

oh yeh, forgot about that :quiet: - didn't run it as the oil separator was mis-matched


you can still swap bottom ends over though i.e. install a ph2 BE in a ph1 or install a ph1 BE in a ph2
