will a sport grill fit this? Renault say no!

Hey guys,

Im wanting to fit a sport grill to my car (see link for a pic if it helps). I called up the parts dept at my local renault today and the chap on the phone said it would not fit. Is he right? or do i need to do any altering on the sport grill to make it fit?

yes it will (as long as its a 172/182 grill and not a 197 one )

don't buy it off ebay though, he is charging nearly £15 more than you get them from Renault for, and thats before the postage!

Fairly simple, just need a bit of time.

I had a row with the guy in the Renault dealers parts place when I got mine, he didn't want to sell it to me. I said "I know it fits, are you going to sell me one or shall I take my business elsewhere"

He sold me it but told me if it didn't fit I couldn't get my money back, took great pleasure in taking it back once it was fitted and putting him right...

Me and a mate fitted mine in about 30 minutes

It will fit it.

Renault want to differentiate between models, this is probably why they said no.
