Will a steering wheel form a 182 fit a 172

I have a 2002 172 and need a new steering wheel and I have seen one forsale but its for a 2004 182.

What I wanted to know is will it fit............I just wanted to ask as the picture of the 182 wheel has the stereo buttons on the wheel and the one in my 172 the stereo controls are on a stalk on the side.

any help would be great thanks

you can fit your airbag and remove the buttons if need be

I suppose you could because the shape is slightly different and would my airbag fit ok to that one ?

i fitted a 182 wheel to my non sport so it will be fine i should imagine

It will fit yep the buttons are for the crusie control not for the radio the 172 and 182 used the same remote control behind the wheel.
