Will Megane 250 rods fit F4R?

As the title really. Will megane 250 con rods fit the Pistons and crank in a 172 F4R?

I would imagine they will yes, but unless you can find definitive information regarding the stroke I wouldn't like to say 100%. I'd be 99% confident though, as no one in their right mind would totally redesign what is an already existing engine to that extent.

If the bore is the same, then the stroke won't have changed, if it did then it would no longer be 1998cc
