Will this fit on my 182?

Right guys, looking to pick this up on Friday, one question I have is will it fit! I have a completely standard 182 system at the moment. This decat came off of a ktech system, am I right in thinking its a case of unbolting the cat, then putting the decat on? Any help would be great!
