williams exhaust maninfold

my mate was sayin to me the other day that if i could find one to get the williams exhaust manifold and down pipe it would increase my bph acceleration (cant spell)
is this tru or a load of b)llocks

IIRC the valver manifold is better but dont quote me on that!

i just thought as the valver is 4-2-1 manifold while the williams is 4-1 it would increase a lil but im doin other engine mods aswell ?? maybe i dunno lol
