Williams MOT

  williamsclio.co.uk/forum

Passed second time around.

Failed on 3 seized calipers, and headlight aim.

Needed all the disks deglazing, new rear pads, adjusted handbreak, headlights realigned, and I had the 6k service done as well.

Picked it up this morning and what a differance. The 1st mot ive had done since my ownership, and the 1st time Ive driven it with the brakes sorted.

The breaks are now unreal, compaired to what they were......And the handbreak works;) !

lol........yep my other car is still in use. Got to keep the wills milage down. haha ;)

With 3 seized calipers it stopped amazingly well. (as martin knows from the peak run when that copper appeared on the way home)
The front driverside was only working at 30% compared to the passengerside.....lol
Still stopped straight as arrow underbraking. The pads are all fixed as well, youll be pleased to know martin.

But its unreal now. Well impressed ;) .

It like when i bought it....... it had a broken coilspring. 1" was missing. Handled great (as it was on the bumpstop) But when I put on new springs, struts and top mounts......:D Totally differant car.

Glad to see yours has passed louise. Maybe Ill get chance to av a look @ the next meet !
