Ok, i understand roaming profiles i believe.. but is there anyway when i create a new user that it automaticly settings it up for roaming profiles if you get me? so there profile is not stored locally... cause currently im going into the users after they are created and changing it....

Is there a GPO you can set up to do it?

Create a fake user to use as a template. Set up all the settings you want then set the profile location to 'location of where you want the profile\%username%'

This will create the profile with the same folder name as the username and put it in the location you specify.

When you need to create a new user just copy the template user and put in the required information.
