Winter Projects

Just curious what everyones got planned for their cars for the Winter months really.. unless of course its top secret until unveiling hehe

Im going to get mine looking as good as the day it rolled off of the production line, then see what happens after that :devilish:

Whos gonna be doing what to their car?

im considering washing mine, but probably late january. may even hoover if SHE will do it for me.

... im leaving the clio alone, got the other toy to mess with, nice to have a car that you can dismantle and do what you want with..

I havent driven the clio for a while, gonna rest it for the winter, drive the astra instead, and the winter project is to finish my golf gti!... wheres Benr??!

winters an excellent time for modding!

Gonna be doing a custom exhaust, and getting a group n chip.

i think red is gonna be busy;)

Am gonna be fittin my Willy 3 engine, after changing the Head Gasket, Cam Belt, Clutch and water pump, and gear box then getting it down to Hill Power for a Chip!!

Oh yeah and gonna get some Tar-Ox 40 Groove discs all round and gonna get it lowered 35mm

Well, im gonna have a full service and having my front shocks, and rear dampers replaced to originals by christmas. Then having the timing belt changed in the new year.

Then have some body work done, cos I want her looking like shes spankin new, just like wot riplash is doing.

The same things that have been on my list forever. Just need the money to do it. My car should be going to Hill Power soon for development fitting and testing of his new, near the bulk head, induction kit and getting a chip fitted then aswell. Then as my exhaust is on its way out (or it will be, if you follow my drift) hopefully a full stainless jobie over xmas. Maybe even as a part pressie off my folks. Then theres the suspension. I am aiming for feb for that. Then thats about it, apart from new road tax and a service.

Its not a waste, its therapy.. youre making the miserable winter months more bearable by spunking cash!

Sounds good to me!!

headlight bulbs, PH2 grille, smoothed door strips, de-locked, rear diffuser on finally, bonnet redesigned, good clean in and out, new front pads

lots to so and considerin the first show aint til April got ages to do it all!

I think I will be speding most of winter trying to change my orange indicator bulbs to silver ones, obviously I better stock up on waterproof plasters first.
