winter storage? (as if we got a summer)

hello all..
i want to pick your brains for some storage ideas!!
to start with i have a big sheed/garage, it holds 5 big cars + 1 on the lift, but is the dampest garage in the world..

the thing is i wont be using my v6 at all over the winter not until next feb, and the williams will also be getting very little use, but it breaks my heart to leave them out all the time, and my lovely damp garage just would not be a good idea!

just affraid of rot espically the willi, although it has no rust what so ever, which is unusual for the willi not a bit around the back arches or sills or boot!, my father works for renault and says the v6 will never give much rust probs,

but all in all, i just dont want them getting weathered!!! so to speak, even if they never get any rot!..

any sugestions gang??? car covers? good bad ones? or just keep rain off and let air circulate trough them to keep away moister?
knock a hole in the house and put 1 in the sitting room, 1 in bed room!!

you can buy ventilated car covers but quite expensive and if put them in the garage they will be ventilating moist air, best bet is to buy some kind of equipment for the garage to heat it/dry it out?

is it not worth a few quid sorting the damp out for the future anyway? roof etc?

check the back of evo or some classic car mags they sometimes advertise companies that will store your car in dry conditions for winter.

i dont think there is any storage companies around me like that, + i wouldent be able to sleep if my babys werent here at home, and if they were gone it would make me creave a drive of one of them..

would be nearly cheaper to build a new garage than damp prof our bunker of a shead...

Get a dehumidifier and maybe a couple of portable electric oil heaters in your garage . You'll soon get rid of the damp .

There is a guy with a Roller who lives up the road who has a big inflatable shed that goes over his car. It keeps the conditions exactly as you set them (so in your case 0% humidiity and reasonably cool). His just sits on the drive over top of the car.

I think it cost £1500, I thought it would be much more though.
