Wipers not working

guys my wipers aren't working, there's a good possibility they were set to full speed upon starting the car which had about a ton of snow on the front screen

What is likely to be the problem? A fuse? It's not even clicking so sounds like a fuse rather than something mechanical like the motor?

Will be doing shortly, just got in from work. Not gonna be able to make it in if it rains!

check the fuse first if thats OK it's probably a burnt out motor
