Wipers Stopped Working, HELP!

Hi guys, replaced my screen wash motor today and now it works fine.... however my wipers aren't working now, and the radio clock has reset! Haven't got a clue, hopefully one of you lot knows! (and its raining here!) Cheers Tom

the front wipers are fused so id check that first
