Wire Wool + Microfibre cloths in the wash

Ooops, just about to hang my cloths up to air and notived a blob of wire wool on ome of the cloths, not going o take my chances so that's 20 cloths that have now been relegated to exhaust and engine bay now.

That's annoying! What are you using wire wool for?

If it's metal, I've found AF Mercury gets rid of everything with just a microfibre!

Yeah bit of a pain, fortunately got about another 30 untouched cloths so I'm not too fussed.

Thanks chappers I am already a user/fan of AF Mercury and it is amazing but often not enough on it's own so I use this in conjunction with the wirewool to sort out neglected tail pipes

Holy s**t!

Did exactly the same thing about a week ago, was polishing metal and somehow it had stuck itself to one towel on the bench.
Really pissed off, ruined about 30 quids worth of cloths, was livid.
