wireless setup - WPA

got a linksys router, trying to set up the WPA security..

got the options of a
WPA pre shared key
WPA radius
radius
WEP

which am i meant to use and what sort of settings should i use?
believe the WPA ones are more secure so looking to use one of them but confuzzled as to which one!

ive set it up as a WPA preshared key

with TKIP (temporal key integrity protocol) - MIC (message integrity code) for protection against hackers

or should i change it to AES (Advanced encryption system) - 128bit block data encryption
