wiring from the engine bay to the interior?

hi all, new to the site, lots of useful info on here, but wondering if someone could help me..

I have a clio 182, Im having trouble finding the wiring hole from the engine bay that runs into the cabin of the car(im wiring a engine bay light that runs off the cigarette lighter socket, so i need the wires to run from the engine bay to the inside of the car...

any help would be greatly appretiated

Best one to use is the gromit from the bonnet popper.
