Made 146.3 BHP today :)

More than happy with that. Went to look at another 182 this afternoon ! But alas il stick with the ST and save some monies for something faster. Will be giving it a good wash tomorrow and then up Goodwood for some pictures :)

Welcome to the club. Looks very nice, i do like Moondust Silver.

Be carefull with the cossie inlet, you lose quite a bit of tourque with them and all the power ends up right at the top end of the rev range.

Cams really liven them up, Mountune ftw ;)

Got the K&N induction kit on today :) Its awesome. Throttle response is improved vastly and it actually feels like its added HP. Oh and the noise :D

A couple of rusted bolts and the like but nothing a drill and the Dremel couldn't sort ;)

And all of the standard parts. Took the air filter out of the big ST box and iam not joking its about the size of a PS3 case !

Next up is sourcing a set of crappy wheels so the originals can go get refurbed and sprayed 'shadow chrome'. Then a piper 3'' outward rolled pop and bang pipe :)

There are a couple of ST's in this month PF, most are making 160-164 with an induction kit, miltek manifold, de-cat exhaust system and Dream science re-map. Good results TBH.

Keep the wheels black as they tie in nicely with the black front grill. Have you got a picture of the shadow chrome?

That K&N filter looks like a good mod :)

Certainly living up to the dustbin reputation this week. Some old guy was on the wrong side of the road and hit my car as we passed (after i flashed and beeped my horn at him !) Then he just drove off like nothing happened :banghead: Thankfully it was just a £30 wing mirror. Got it today and swapped it over then come to put the ST cap on . Will it fit ? Will it f**k. Now being held on with duck tape while the tiger seal sets. Also it hasn't had a wash for nearly a month. Just want to get the alloys sorted now and chop it in for something faster.

Ill valet it on the cheap for you mate. Not ready to machine it yet till some better weather kicks in though. Good wash, clay and wax will do it wonders

The wing mirror cap fell of going down the motorway. Now spraying the other one and hopefully that will fit better. It's getting a good old clean all over come the 1st of march Sam when the alloys go in to get painted. Will be up on axle stands from Thursday if you wanna pop over ;)

Finished painting the wing mirror. Not my best effort I must admit. Got the wheels booked in on the 1st of march, there going back to standard.

  Never above 25mpg
I spy a nice 5er ;) Funny how the K&N is an improvement, I had a green cone filter on the 172 and felt like it was down on power!

Wow, never thought I'd see the day my car is cleaner than yours Chris.

How much have you been quoted for the wheel refurb? I need to get mine done.

Thats what I thought. But the rear of the ST cap has a little bit of plastic protruding from it that fits into a slot in the wing mirror. Fit the new one from ford and there's no slot or bit on the back of the cap ? Very strange

Yea silver's the way forward.

Jacked the car up and whipped the wheels off, Took them to Fareham this morning to get refurbed. Then took the chance to sort a couple of bits out. Fit the new mats and wipers, then gave it a big clean. Still needs a good detailing to finnish it off.

If its a standard finish without centre caps less than a day mate, can even leave the car there. He said mine will be ready tomorrow morning. Brilliant service, can find cheaper but these guys are very professional.

That sounds good, how much do they charge?

I'm getting a new bumper this month and thinking of getting my wheels refurbed as well.

FTMFW! They look much smarter that way. I love seeing mine cleaned up. They look massive with the multi-spokes in Silver.
