Worthwhile mods for a 172

I need some ideas for my 172, iv got no idea what i want to do with it...

All i have done so far:
Panel Filter
Exhaust
I bought some 40mm apex springs off ebay when i was on the drink, not sure if i want them or not...
Hopefully getting a cup spoiler at the weekend.

Big engine mods are a no go atm...


Hit me with a few ideas people, interior or exterior, no turinis, or spaying diamonds/bullets some stupid colours. I like carbon so i think i might get some stuff wrapped or buy proper carbon stuff, but i have no idea what will look good in carbon and what wont.

No, really. If you were around here I'd let you drive mine, then I think you'd know what you had to do.

But what I'd do apart from that....

Matched inlets and a remap to go with your exhaust, from what I've seen these do make quite a noticeable difference to power delivery.

Then small things...

Flat wipers
Trophy spoiler to be difference
Steering Wheel (the same one as mine, it's amazing)
erm...

The seats arnt all that bad imo i quite like the driving position but i agree on the steering wheel, but having the airbag light on will p*ss me off to no end.

I think im gonna just sell these springs when they arrive and put the cash back into the coilover pot, il never learn drunken ebay sessions dont go down well, as for the trophy spoiler thats what i origionally wanted but they dont come up very often so im just going with the cup spoiler..

Gloss black or anthracite alloys + a nice little drop will set that off I think

Not done on my car (yet), but a friend who had them done said mine definitely felt slower and was harder to get power from. (His was remapped too)
