Would 02' Civic alloys fit a Mk3 Clio?

As the title suggests. Would the alloys of a 2002 Honda Civic fit onto a 2006 Renault Clio. Both are 4x100 and the wheel of set are 35 to 45mm but the Bore of the Civic is 56.1mm and the Bore of the Clio is 60.1mm.

You would need to get the centre bores bored out like your missus at Uni
