Am 22 and think the PH2 is better just think the PH1 is ugly.

see i MUCH prefer the phase 1, just looks more agressive but also still childish like a hot hatch should, the phase 2 is just like a mk4 golf gti IMO, its a VERY good car but just too subtle and understated, hot hatches need to be a litte bit " look at that knob head" rather than " look at that trainee estate agent"

then again my main toy is a impreza STI and my 172 phase one is my daily drive so prob not the best one to judge with my taste pmsl

only rs i would move on to if i was to get rid of my phase 1 would be a
Trophy or 197 F1 R27 Cup just love both of them and seems enough of a step up to pay the extra.

ph2 is for youngsters, thats why you find it pretty, its a bit like when your drink too much beer, that model you were partying with last nite just happened to turn back into a frog in the morning!
