Would small scratches/paint chips put you off buying a 182?

So the title says it all.. for me not at all, i don't know why but it never has! i bought my first car (Seat Arosa) with a tennis ball sized rust patch on the side and i didn't bat an eye lid! if it does turn you off how much would you expect to knock off the selling price?

Someone who knew how to T-cut would have an easy job ! but me? im rubbish!

Myself working as a car bodyworker would be looking at the quality of the paintwork depending on how much your aying for the car , would recommend if the scratches are through to the primer check on how many there are , yet if there is marks from things hit , try removing them with a polisher and some great polish called g3 a compound to remove dirt then g10 a finishing compound to give it a shine !
