Would the middle bit fit into my 182 gear knob as mines worn out

I pretty sure that gear knob is for a mk3, the listing says Clio 2006-2008,
so I doubt it will fit your 182.

Or you could just refurb your gear knob insert yourself with this.

Sand down your knob insert, re-spray it, put the decal on then a couple of coats of lacquer, good as new.
The decals come in different colours so you can colour code your knob insert, or respray it any colour you like.
