Xenon Washers not working

Hi,
Xenon washer not working, have heard its a common issue, but when i have lights on and put front washers on i can here what sound slike the pump for them working away but no water comes out of weither. Any ideas, if i can fix up rather than fit new ones?

Have you checked its not going onto the floor ie disconnected pipe?

Had the bumper off at all?

Could be a wee kink in the pipe in behind the bumper somewhere along the way
Look for leaks first and follow them
