So I stripped some more heavy tar stuff out of the cup today, rear quarters and roof lining!! A good amount and some decent weight too!!

Front was thick tar as below, but the rear...... was card, WTF??? [][LOL]

go to your local dealer and ask for some of the sound deadening from the roof in the 197. yours has been damaged.

Do it! Please write an email or make a phonecall, just asking for a replacement, and see how much they want to charge you for a sheet or cardboard!

Do it just for us and add it to the "funniest thing you've been told by a dealer" thread, it'd make a classic, "cardboard? thats 65.58 without VAT"
