Your Opinions on this Sports Cat

Been thinking of getting a Sports cat or a decat for my car, dont really want the hastle of a decat having to change it over at mot time and have problems with dashboard lights coming on so decided on a sports cat.

i found THIS sports cat on the net and was wondering if anyone has ever heard of the company or used them? opinions please?

also has anyone got a sports cat on a 1.2 16v? (think middo has?) once again opinions on them, is it worth going for a catback first or will i get a gain even on the standard exhaust? (im getting a cat back stealth system soon)

Never heard of them but if the price looks good....if they offer a decent guarantee it could be worth trying one out.

It isn't a peice of piss
its basically the same as the 1.4 16v, and K-tec, fred yozzasport and my garage told my that it can't be done with ease without the car running crap!!

its easy enough to make a decat yep but not a sports cat surely?

and i think the 15bhp bit is a general description of a sports cat not just the 1.2 one

yeah its not hard to make a sports cat, all you need is £2K's worth of TIG welding equipment and some satinless tubing

EDIT: To be fair I am comparing it to the price of decats so not too bad I suppose.

why not just go de-cat and keep your current cat for mot... surely cheaper and better power gains in a de-cat!

yeah i had a sports cat for my 1.6

nice 100 cpsi once and the car runs sweet as a nut (but it does have the light on the dash)

my cat keeps rattling since it hit a speedbump lol not sure it wud pass an mot anymore, plus id rather be totaly legal with the sports cat and not have to worry about it when i get stopped by the police

iv already said i was at pro speed twice in may i both times im was talking to charlie about a decat or sports cat and both times he was not happy making on for the car, i might end up buying that ready made sports cat when i get some money.

i know where u can get a de-cat for £70+20p&p, but i'm not letting on yet as i might buy it!

it was 150 because i bought it with a stealth system worth about 280, normally a bit mroe than that though. My powerflows done a fantastic job, the welds are top notch. They need your car ideally cos its not an easy job on the non sports
