yup sony dont have a good name when it comes to car audio, they make nice graphical units, but the quality is pants, sos the workmanship of the PCB inside.

I think a blind 5 year old kid could do better soldering.

(ive only got a sony HU coz it came with the car lol)

yeah id have to agree and say avoid sony. However steer towards Alpine or Pioneer!

ive got a sony hu and amp and subs and the quality is poor but it does me while im gradualy changing it all to alpine
