the 147 have reliability issue, after all it is an alfa, plus the decpreciation levels are too high.

go for a DC5 import for only £12K, better value for money, quicker than the type R too. i'm not being funny or anything, but i'm kinda sick of the 172, its a good to drive and fun, but the builled quality is just really poor. i'm getting confused now, sorry having a blonde moment here... My friend has a honda with a Vtec controller and he can adjust when the Vtec kicks in. I thought the Vtec was the cam's tilting, so with the controller he adjusts when he wants them to tilt right? If this is the case, can't they do...

haven't got a problem with mine either, no second mount, still using the renault original, but going to buy a new one as its starting to tear from the original exhaust, however, its on perfectly with just the original left hand side support....lucky i guess!!

for a the exhaust bracket on a 172 (2002) Phase 2. Its the bracket on the left hand side (when your looking directly towards the rear of the car), this bracket has a rubber square in the middle which holds up the exhaust, it can be detached by unscrewing a few screws. Anyone has the part...

is it definately connected to the climate control, i asked a technician at Renault and he said it wasn't, however, when my external temp reading went, the auto mode doesn't work on my climate, so i reckon they are linked?
