this is when dealers register cars before theyve actually sold them so they meet sales targets set by renault.if they meet targets the dealers get bigger discounts on cars.the dealer is the only other registered owner so if the car was built with zenons then the dealer must have swapped them or at least there liable for it.i dont think the sold as seen theory is as clean cut in iains case really.
