I sort of think that I'm missing the obvious here but why do you want to mix the 2? lol You already have a boosted flat 4 + epic 4 wheel drive, but want to mix rubbish 4 wheel drive with a ph1 clio? :dapprove:

So you'd have been happy sat in a Cave why ? why not - Things are always means to be why nots , what if the slightly rubbish 4x4 and clio turn out to be a hidden Gem of a development

Anyway , if i was going about it id like to "remove" the bodyshell from the TT and the Floorpan from the Clio and work forward from those 2 , much the same as ford did with the escort and sierra cosworth

I was trying to find out the reason for mixing an old clio with the 4 wheel drive system from a TT, I think most people would want to know why, when OP has a Subaru sitting there?

You've already got VAG engined Clio, the kind of person that does what you're talking about is normally someone with all the tools to hand a decent amount of skill, then it's just something to dick around with.

I mean this in the nicest possible way, but is there any reason you seem to enjoy blowing cash on what are essentially s**t cars? Like, are you building some sort of small army of motors? I'm now of the opinion that I actually don't get it.
