It means it has a catalytic converter, important when purchasing F40s. That and adjustable suspension.

Hear me out. I genuinely think an F40 being driven with a bit of mechanical sympathy, would not be as fast as your car going hell for leather? And at >8k miles that's how it'll be driven? So, you would be quicker than an F40? I'll let that sit for a minute.
