It's the last bloody bobblehead I need! Can't get through to the secret part without completing it

Eh? I'm in the vault trying to speak with her. I've left and waited for a couple of days then returned but still the same..

  Cayman S Edition 1
Try leaving the vault for 24 - 48 hours. Go outside, find a chair and select wait.

Might not help, but just an idea.

Tried that too jay. I think the mission is fucked. Is there another way to get into that secret area? It's gonna play havock with my OCD! One bloody missing bobblehead out of 20 lol

I had the same problem from what I can remember. Racking my brain now......

Have you done the blood test with the doc yet?

Yeah done the blood test. I went to visit him again and he was talking to that junkie bobby

i can't remember how my mission kick started but i do remember her cowling in the corner or a corridor. Next time I visited the young boy was ill which then led on to the key mission.

I've damaged quite a bit of my knight of steel power armour how can I repair it all? Find all the bits?

Want it back to full.

Go back to your base with a power armour rack. Jump out the suit whilst it's stood in front of the rack, and then hover your cursor over the rack.
It should have "craft" (like other workbenches).

  A shiny black one.
I saw Kottabos using that

It's limited, would have been great to be able to pick individual floors. Causes my game to crash as it's not compatible with the build height mod. I'll keep an eye on it though as I'm sure some clever person will mod it further.

So I've been working through the main storyline (still got loads of side quests to do) and I've nearly reached the stage where I decide who to faction with.

The problem I have is that I accepted a quest from Preston Garbey and got an achievement for "joining the Minutemen." Does that mean I've factioned with them, and therefore have already made my choice?

It sounds possible mate. Unfortunately I don't remember how it went but I also went with the minutemen

No I don't believe so. When you make your choice you are warned in the dialogue that this action will make you an enemy of X faction.

I'm with the minutemen and the railroad.

I know that because I've been asked a million times in the game "you're with the minutemen right?". So tempting to just shoot them.

Speech option: Sarcastic.

Yeah its got to that now. Thankfully those missions are few and far between as I seem to have done most of them.

Getting a tad bored though, so really need that DLC soon. Kinda wished I'd played it on the PC to make the most of all the mods that are out now. But sod starting again. I'm level 103 and 250 hours in.

I've been rationing my Commonwealth time, all for silly reasons.
But at times I'll lose an hour just tinkering in settlements and going scavenging for junk.
When I finally get around to doing a review, I'll post links, easier than posting "I've done X, Y, Z". You'll then all see how I've achieved so very little.

The exact thing happened to me last night. I made a duplicate save in case it had made the decision for me. I was just back at the Sanctuary dropping junk off and he came and talked to me and there was no way out of it!

Out of interest, what level are you?

I'm level 14.

I'm level 14.
Level 14 and you're already worrying about factions?
Wow, that's power-rolling through the main quest. Take a break, go on a wander, find a point marker on your map that's miles away and go there.

Unless you're desperate to save the child but, meh, he's probably dead by now anyway. ;)

Who am I with?

Says I'm with the minute men[emoji46] yet I'm with the Knights and paladin?

Level 23.

I now need to find the railroad to get a courser chip examined, strong loves me and so does paladin.

I keep wandering around then I pick to much s**t up and end up slowly pacing around [emoji35]

Ah right, I'm 30 and we're at the same point in the main quest!
Yeah to be fair I haven't done much of the content bar the main storyline. I figured I'd get that out of the way then start wandering aimlessly.

Yeah I've done the opposite. Once the main story line is done I don't usually play the game again so wanted to put a few hours in on the side missions

The problem with this is some of the other missions will not be available if you progress too far with the main mission.

How people want to play it is entirely up to them, there is no wrong way.

But steamrolling along with the main quest will lead to you missing out on so much of the game. The quirky sub-stories, the mini-game of Sim-Cities-Craft.
Chatting up singers.
Building a massive armoury of guns, using 2 of them for 90% of the game.
etc.

Lvl. 33 and I'm supposed to now start wandering after the railroad...that can wait, I'm off to see for far East this game goes, picking up point-markers along the way and looting ALL THE EVERYTHINGS!

To be fair, I'll probably start over once I take this particular save to the "end" of the game.

The other day I wondered and swam for hours. Checked out wrecked boats off spectacle island etc... Found f**k all!

How do you unlock spectacle?
