Hello people, I feel it's been a while! Thought it was time to dust off the wheel brushes and microfibres and clean a car... and take pictures!

I present a lovely Mercedes C63 saloon. Simple deep cleanse and protect, nothing fancy but a whole lot of fun! Not as many shots as I would have liked but thought it would be rude not to post something. Main products detailed at the end of the pictures.

Products used:

Wheel cleaner: Infinity Wax Incinerate
Degreaser/cleaner: Surfex HD
Tyres dressed: Infinity wax tyre gel (red) CC Sateen is definitely my favourite after a recent sample
Glass: infinity wax rapid detailer, little protection and flashes off so well, makes glass cleaning easy.

Pre wash spray: Autoperfekt citrus pre spray
Snowfoam: Infinity Wax wipeout
Shampoo: Dooka, reallly like this stuff for coated and non coated cars, really slick
De tar: Tardis
De-iron: Infinity Wax liquid Fire
Clay: Bilt Hamber soft clay

Paint cleanse: bilt hamber cleanser fluid, I finally found my werkstat prime replacement! Amazing draw of contamination and dirt/oils even after claying, getting into those peaks and troughs and cleansing the surface. This stage is missed by so many, it's by far my most important, the car now looks truly clean.

Protection: Bilt hamber DSW and a wipedown for added slick, infinity wax graphene spray. DSW is just unreal for the price, but that in a boutique tub and charge £50, no one would bat an eyelid!

Thanks for looking in! Really enjoyed rolling back the years, love waxing again!

Awesome work, looks fantastic. Well done.

What did you make of the car? I’ve wanted one for a while now and will bite the bullet early next year.

Good work! Need to get back on the Tardis, tried some combined tar/fallout removers and tar just sits on there mocking me.

You really want a facelifted car ( better gearbox ) and a performance pack plus car with the tick against option 471

Just opened a new tin or Tardis coming from Autoglym T&G remover - just ace in comparison.

Is this used before correction? Or it used prior to LSP if not correcting?

Looks great!! Get blinded much with it being white? 😂

Yeah I had a headache for 2 days. I usually roll it into the detailing bay but I was really enjoying the sun!

The cleanser can be used before correction or after. I done a whole blog about using it before. It helps cleanse the surface before the pad does all the polishing. No one does it but

Cool cars. Especially saloon. Bit of Amg tax attached. Don't feel that dated still. Brutal engine and feel, although still an everyday car.

Lovely. Seriously want a 63 estate.

Hi... We done a couple of them. This white one was clean!

I still have a soft spot for these, my folks had a silver saloon in 2014 for a couple of years and it was lovely.

They used to let me borrow it a fair bit and that engine is something special, amazing sound and felt brutal. Only car I remember feeling like it was going to rip my head off when burying the throttle in the wet, with tyres nearing the end of their useful life.

Only thing that makes them feel a bit dated inside really is the centre console with all those buttons, but it’s not bad by any means.

Still have a hankering for one, wouldn’t be fussed on the performance pack etc as I’d never be driving it in ways where all those things mattered.

Did have a look round after reading this thread and finding one that doesn’t have black wheels is a challenge!
