Hi. I went to my car earlier to check and see if the aircon had any pressure in it as i want to change the condenser. When I turned it on I get no blowers at all in the car. Wether I select hot or cold, aircon on or off etc nothing.
Pretty sure the heater abs blower worked a few months ago but car is a very slow project car and I’m getting old so memory is vague.

could this be the resistor pack under the scuttle? The control panel seems to work ie light up and speed/temp changes etc but zero air flow. Or is there a fuse for the blowers.

thanks in Advance for any advice.

Check the fuses first. Resistor pack is really common though and easy to change. I have changed a couple on previous Clios for the same issue.

I would say it is unlikely to be the climate panel and that would be the last thing I would go to replace.

There is probably a way of doing some fault finding with a volt meter, but I don't know how!

Hope that helps.

You can bridge the connector on the resistor pack which will make it run. This then isolates the problem.

Just dont leave it bridged too long

Ok so tried a new resistor pack and same thing so got a spare now. Still no blowers. Anyone know which the blower fuse is please. Not very clear on the fuse panel cover. Control panel all seems to work. (Well it lights up and changes when I select a/c, blower speed etc).

Did you ever find out what it was as I’m having the same issue as you

mine started working again but has since stopped again. I can hear something kind of clicking behind the dash when I switch between auto and off. Did you solve yours?
