I think you’ve misunderstood. A lot of cars have fake exhaust trims, what they’ve done with the cooper s isn’t fake. That’s my point.
There isn’t a twin pipe option on the new one afaik.

And it’s better than the totally hidden exhaust, which a lot of the new minis have.

Has it got the pro exhaust? The noise generator thing is way louder on the jcw, really annoying (but easily coded out).

Standard JCW exhaust as far as I'm aware. I'll see what I think when she gets it!

100% agree that the plethora of fake plastic trim exhausts on other cars look shite.

I can only imagine these looking shite on a cold start with steam coming out the back and the bottom though. The old style was much nicer imo

If I was going to have one, it would have to be British Racing Green with black roof and mirrors. The one I looked at yesterday was red which I didn't think suited it that well. Apparently they aren't doing test drives atm so I decided to leave it.

Tbf just drive an f56. Same chassis underneath for the ic cars, only the electric ones are totally new. It’s why the door handles are different.

If it is that similar to the F56 then I don't think I'd have enough of a reason to swap out of my mk7.5 GTI. I have read that the steering is lighter than the f56 and the interior is interesting!

Every single proportion is wrong. Don’t worry though, it looks even worse in real life than the pics. There was a flat grey/blue colour one parked outside the front of the dealership yesterday and it just looked beyond s**t. It’s like a focus that’s had a stroke.
