Does seem decent from initial test. I do like the bolt tightening setting that just nips up.

Ive geared up with shallow and deep impact 3/8 sockets. I guess it might struggle if using extensions or adaptors.

Yeah do lose a bit with extensions but depends what you're using it for really.

It'll still have a couple hundred Nm even with them.

You still have your big DeWalt for heavy jobs don't you?

Yep got the DeWalt for the big stuff, im going to upgrade it to a m18 fuel one soon so full team red.

I do like the compact size of the 3/8 stubby, will make life easier when in wheel arches etc.

I'm looking for a digital torque wrench with usb output for live/continuous data recording on pc and have only found one company that do the sort of thing Im after. Anyone know of something or have any ideas? @Flob

I don't know of any mate, but I know the are very common in factory setups where bolt torque has to be recorded for QA shizzle.

Not quite live via USB, but I'm sure the digital Milwaukee wrenches can save torque values which you can then save/export.

Maybe worth a look.

I received a good offer from the seller so bought that one for £200. I need it to be continuous because its for measuring steering rack pinion torque.

Milwaukee is great for recording torque figures, but it is an absolute faff to actually get them accross to the computer to export the figures

Connect phone to it, pull report items to phone, they then upload to milwaukee web portal, wait to appear in the portal.
Select event's you want, export report.

it's a long winded process if you're doing it reapeatedly
