What's the least painful way of cutting this case for a standard mobo io shield? I was thinking of using a small cut off wheel with my Milwaukee die grinder and something to clean up the cut if needed. It will be scribed and measured with a caliper so I only have to worry about keeping the cut straight.

Its an absolute beast of a unit and the light it produces is unreal. Really helpful when working in no light situations.

Love it and the battery changes are easy even in the dark.

Price - currently dear, I ended up with it for £200 + a free RF-2000

So not a bad wee bundle.

Has anyone got the m18 air blower? Is it good for drying cars ?

I was reading about ego blowers which look like another level up but they seem hard to get hold of

My M12 6ah battery which I use for the tyre inflator has got the flashing lights of doom when on the charger.

It has probably only been on the charger 6 times in its life so quite annoying that it has decided to play up now. Can't remember when I purchased it from power tool mate but must've been 2020 or 21.

I would like to try and jump start it back into life but only other batteries I have got are M18 which I assume won't really be ideal (I envision an explosion of some kind)

So will probably do the very sensible thing of purchasing a tool with an M12 battery so I can get this one back into life.

Na it'll be fine m18 to m18.

Don't be a pussy all your life hun

I revived 2 of my batteries recently with a tabletop power supply

I tried to bump them both from other batteries but it didn't work. Spent 2 hours farting about trying to trickle charge the battery. A quick zap and launched them both on the charger and they've been spot on since

It was nice because one of them was a 12Ah M18 battery I'd already warrantied so I got a free £250 battery. (When you warranty a Milwaukee battery they just ask for the sticker from the bottom as they can't ship a faulty battery)

There's a dude on Facebook that repairs batteries for tools, unless it's water damage then 90% of the time it's a single cell that's gone and an easy fix.

Fucked if I can remember who they are.

Do you have a regular non fast charger for M12.

It should charge on that.

I had a 6ah that didn't like the fast charger, but was fine on the normal one.

Bought these off a forum member used them today and they are f**king magic, sound quality is good, the range is decent too, the noise cancelling is really really good, i was using a 9" grinder a lot today and you could hardly hear it, lasted all day on a single charge, fit inside my welding helmet as well. Pretty sure you could run over the carry case with a 20 ton digger and not mark it, it's absolutely solid and also has a changeable battery for when that time comes

Only faults i have is im not sure how or if you can adjust the volume on the ear pieces, and the noise cancelling is so good that i couldnt hear someone talking to me but that could be counted as a positive.
