Is he about to drape the fuel line over the hot engine bay?

He didn’t fill up, pulled in chatted with Porsche guy and then away. By chance I ended up behind them for a few miles, he wasn’t afraid of giving it a bit.

Wonder what they feel like now? When they were new they felt really quick, but I imagine a golf would smash it these days 😂
Claimed 0-60 of just over 4 seconds, so they aren't slow, but yes i am sure a Bradford spec Golf stage 8.6 would gap it fairly easily.

Agree. IMO performance at road speeds is so accessible these days that I think it stopped being a differentiator years back. It’s all about how a car makes you feel now, almost everything decent is “fast”.

4 seconds to 60 with an Italian V8 at 8500rpm, or 4 seconds to 60 popping and DSG farting your way there in a Golf?

🤔 🤔 🤔 🤔 🤔 🤔 🤔 🤔

Saw this parked up, excuse the cruddy pic. Forgot I'd taken it then about a week later I was browsing FB and lo and behold I had an ad pop up for the exact company responsible for this monstrosity.

I was behind a Range Rover Lumma CLR RS body kitted thing the other day. The Range Rover was black and so were the badges, apart from the RS part, which was in red. It was a real wide arch pos.

The driver was constantly on the brakes as they were sitting right up the arse of the car in front.
