K-Tec order issue

Hello, has anyone else had issues with K-tec I ordered steering wheel etc in December and emailed numerous times when they get back to me they say the will chase it up then I get no reply after that also never answer the phone. Anyone help or know someone that works there that can get this resolved?

Did you pay on credit card?

If so I would just call your card company up and cancel via them.

The only way is to post on Facebook and then its shipped immediately

No didn’t pay with credit card unfortunately. Just going to have to keep calling/emailing be easier if I just drive there at this point

Just call your bank, I've had to a few times all with debit card purchases and got my money back each time. Couple times the money was in 10 minutes later, another was a hotel that scammed me abroad which took a couple weeks to come through.

I waited five months for my induction kit.

Phoned up the main number (who said KTEC were part of larger group now?) and went straight to their finance team.

Got a really helpful person on the line and I just said I wanted my money back. They confirmed my order number with me over the phone and asked if I could go on hold.

When she came back on the phone, she apologised for the wait and said that it was shipping out that day and that I would get it in a couple of days time. Thought I was being fobbed off, but it did turn up.

Definitely call and say that you want to cancel for a refund.

Shouldn't have to be that annoying chasing customer just to get parts, its not a one off anymore Its par for the course. Cancel and buy from elsewhere so many people are have had issues over the last few years.

Pay on PayPal or card if the piss you about get cash back and order elsewhere mad how people wait so long tbh.

Make sure you all post up your s**t experience in as many places as you can so others don't have the same issues
