The Cars Spotted Appreciation Thread

my favourite non limited numbers colour on the 172.

Pretty sure the number of monacos was quite low

Probably less than half that left on the roads now too.

Yep most likely, however I’ve seen more monacos knocking about on my travels than any other colour 172.

Here are another two at the motorist a few weeks back.

That one that Will posted is a really late one though.

Spotted a Trophy parked up outside the Six Ashes pub on my travels earlier, possibly someone on here? No. plate ended PUG, I think

I spotted an Astra GSi yesterday, couldn't get my phone out in time because I was being dragged by the dog, but looked exactly like this

You never see them on the roads now, and it looked fresh out of the dealership 👌🏻
My father owns one of these back in Greece, awesome car. Interior quality is amazing for its age too.

I've seen a completely blacked out Polo around my work a few times.. he's got a f**king spoiler on the top of the boot that's bigger than that one!
I will try to get a picture.

Both on/leaving the same car park a couple hours apart. The driver of the Triumph looked like Hurley from Lost. He also stalled 😂

Not surprised. Hideous things.

How they can go from this to that is shameful. View attachment 1799639
I bought a vehicle from a dealership near Alfreton last week and they had one of those in that looked identical to that one. It looked showroom fresh and not a mark on it anywhere.

I've had a look on their website and it's not list so I assume it belongs to the owner of the company (he had plenty of his own very nice cars on site)

Spotted this at Snetterton this evening; genuine Mine's R34 GTR. Was chatting to the owner (he owns Appreciating Classics), was a nice guy. It's done 15,000 miles, has 600bhp, and a laundry list of parts from.NISMO, HKS etc. etc. Absolutely stunning.

Did you check out the new cafe that just opened?
No idea on its opening hours as guessing it was an evening event last night.

We drove past it, as you can see it when you drive into the circuit. I think it's only open from 8am to 3pm or something, so not ideal for a track evening. It's a shame they don't open later as, aside from a weekend cars and coffee type deal, I can't imagine they get much custom on weekdays.

That must be worth a lot!

He said they a few have changed hands for $1m or more in the US, which is nuts if true.
