exhaust on 172 cup.?

I want to fit an after market exhaust on my cup but I've noticed that the rear valance thing under the bumper doesn't have a cut-out for an exhaust...will the new exhaust tailpipes fit under the valance or will it be too low..???
Also will I have to adjust the brackets for the exhaust to fit under the valance too.?

Why not stay stealth, and opt for the ktec, good gains and not to boomy if you do a lot of motorway driving!

You can fit it without a cut out, but it does'nt look right IMO

Prospeed are good for custom exhaust's but are in Cardiff and more expensive than a Ktec stealth

Powerflow have different fitters ranging in different quality. The one near me in Burnley is spot on. Always sorted me out with exactly what I wanted. Check on the civic forum as they have a great rep there with people travelling hundreds of miles to get there exhaust done...plus the old excuse about them using s**t steel goes out the window now as they use a better grade than previously..mine is the older grade and has done great for the 3 years I've had it on

i had nothing but trouble with powerflow dont go near them they are expencive and you have to go back every month to get it put straight again

all the ones they did were to loud and then when i told them this they said they could not sort it as it was a 2.0 so it would always be loud

they said there was no way on that car to make it sound good and i would have to put up with not being able to hear my cd player on the motor way

also they say clios only have one hanging bar so will move side to side alot NICE

in the end i got a magnex which was £50 cheaper and had a bracket to give it 2 hangers and now i can hear myself think

dont throw ur money away i was lucky to get my money back even though i had to go sick at power flow head office

If you just buy mine, you don't need to cut up your bumper. also magnex exhausts don't require you to cut up your bumper. the 172 back boxes are very big, so it just depends on what you want, i think the ones on here with 1 pipe and a stupid cut out make the clios look like 1.2, search for some pics on here, ans see what i mean, its a clio not a mini.
