1.2 16v to 2.0 16v conversion done!!

well finally got round to doing this job this morning, was a bit harder than i though but once it was sitting straight job was a good 'un.

what you think, just a quick work in progress photo?

power increase is immense, i need some bigger brakes though!!

its gas flowed by GDI aswell so must be about 176bhp, torque in 5th is good too!

well it cost me about £650 for the engine and loom, but its a low miler, if you source your own engine then i'd charge you just for the labour to fit it.

took me about 2.5 hours start to finish so call it £50 fitted, that ok?

nah its my mates for his 172, but when we picked it up the boot was full of other parts so i chucked it in mine and remembered when i was cleaning it today!

That was f**kin hilarious to all 1.2 owners HAHA, Sport owners get Owned! it's not even attached to anything it's just sitting on top of the engine bay you can see theplastic manifold under it LOL quality. Well Done :approve:
