The cambelt is loooong overdue if it hasn't already been done. I'd imagine it will have and, if so, it's worth checking if it was done a while ago. Most are done around 45-50k which would mean it's ideally due for another one to be on the safe side.
With slightly higher miles, I'd expect a comprehensive service history. If it's all in place then the miles shouldn't be a concern, but will be a good bargaining point, when you pick out interior condition, steering wheel, bolster wear, etc.
