The cambelt is loooong overdue if it hasn't already been done. I'd imagine it will have and, if so, it's worth checking if it was done a while ago. Most are done around 45-50k which would mean it's ideally due for another one to be on the safe side.
With slightly higher miles, I'd expect a comprehensive service history. If it's all in place then the miles shouldn't be a concern, but will be a good bargaining point, when you pick out interior condition, steering wheel, bolster wear, etc.

The description seems pretty decent, though I'd imagine 'service history' means that it's not complete.
You want to make sure nothing big is going to go wrong in the short term, as £1-2k can easily be eaten up by a poorly looked after car. There's no way to guarantee this doesn't happen but FSH is a good way to start.
