What about 0w-30 or 0w-60 by mobil oils ?
And cant seem to find 5w-40 oils by Castrol only 5w-30 would that be ok ?
They also have various Millers Oils in XSS 5w30, 10w-40 and Miller XFS Oils in 5w-40, 5w-50 as well.
But which one ?:S

Only use x-40 oil x-30 oils are for very cold climates and where short runs are done.
don't use x-60 oil as its to thick for the pump its not used at all form memory x-50 is the highest used in the 172/182 engine and thats in very hot climates.
Millers xfs 5-40 would be my preferecne as its fully synthetic. rarther than the XSS which isn't.
you might need a new washer too only cost about 20p
