yeah 12V fag lighter impact gun will get them off (with the car still on the floor)

being funny or serious as i didnt know there was a 12v fag lighter jobbie? i think i can get my hands on an air gun? dont wanna try anymore incase i round off either the nut of the 6mm hole.

super cheers, just while your here ish. have you ever heard of prolines becoming crap hrough use, as mechanic said they are too small to sit in the mounts and thats what cause them to move in the spring seats. hence goin back to standard.

sounds fair. have to see if that is the problem then as the bearings and big rubber bungs were changed a matter of week ago, cured the problem for a matter of hours and now its back with a vengence

Only if you've broke one maybe. More likely that it is the damper, they are prone to fail and leak on the rears of 1*2's.

Especially with the roads you have around your neck of the woods.

Bradshaw's Brae is still one of the best section of road on the Island.

So it is ;)

haha mate thats 2 mins from my house, big snaking road "40" zone. how do you know that? you from here or what? but yes its both sides making the noise and unless the mot people are useless which is prob likely then the shocks are fine...apparently!

lol, aye, I am originally, from the Dee, like! Now I'm 20 mins from Brands.

I used to run up that road and do the mile cross road all the way back to Regent!!! Was always freezing and wet. lol

You know that that road was part of the ards TT, all the way from Dundonald to the square in Ards, and then onto Comber. Nuvolari has raced there.

MOT are strick over there. Springs should be fine. Weird one that.

yea just got the bolt loosened there. so ill change all the springs tomorrow night!

did you go to regent?? if so what year and all that crap...though maybe your a wee bit older than me like!

the road out past 4 road ends from ards to dee is fantastic first thing in the mornin!;)

Nice one. Must have been a bit tight.

Aye, just a wee bit older. It was in the 80's!!! pmsl :o

My first job was in Ards, so I know that road fairly well.

Shore Road toward P'ferry is awesome too.

I need to get the clio over again. Although I've got a Vx200T to drive over there now.

Must book a flight!!!!

;)

yes...yes...older...i left 3 years ago. though ill bet some of the teachers are still there! if you do appear over let us know obviously. wouldnt that be interesting!lol

turns out the problem was the rubber bung was upside down form whoever fitted my springs before i got it....one side down one to go!
