its a very quck car now, 227 bhp at peak but great gains throughout the whole range.. more than foxons (sorry stu lol) just prooves head work really does make a difference as that was the only difference between the 2,

like to see it against jons hehe he hates the fact there are quicker TBd cars than his.

mine only made 217bhp on those rollers back in the day, it's not been RR'd at Andy's for a while, but did make 240bhp (well, 203.8bhp @ the wheels) at Ric Woods dyno... it's more likely 220-225bhp though imo

Are Throttle bodies a better investment than giving the car a turbo if so why?

Cause i'm sure you get more of a overall push with throttle bodies.

turbo's make bigger power and torque, but dont deliver it anywhere near as well and have constant reliability issues. ITB's are a no brainer imo, only turbo consideration in a Clio should be the VAG 1.8T which has strong internals as standard and can handle a lot more boost and costs a s**t load less to have similar power.
