Location of Ph2 172 Fuel Filter?

Anyone know where it is on my car? I had a few problems with crap petrol a while ago and want to change it.

There aint one that is serviceable. The only one is integral to the fuel sender/pump in the tank

Most 172mk1s have a servicable one on the drivers side next to the fuel tank underneath the car. They are about £10 from Renault.

They're rated to last 150k so shouldn't need touching.

Lol Renault remebered that by the time the car gets to 100oddk the car will have been crashed or fallen apart by that time anyway!

You can fit an inline one if you think your fuel tank has crap in the bottom. Your fuel lines run right underneath your drivers seat ( external ) personally i would drop the tank and flush it.

Its supposioidly to be changed at 150k.

On very early phase 2's there ones under the back of the ccar by the rear wheel on the laters its in the fuel tank anbd more expensive by miles to fit.
