now for the problems...

at the back passenger side the piece of plastic wheel arch lining was rubbing on the tyre:(

so i took it off.. is there another way around it? or just leave it off?

the other thing... when i turn right (near full lock) the front passenger side rubs

its weirrd that its only the passenger side. i did ages ago buckle my steel wheel by driving into a kerb :S would this have caused other damge?

any way of fixing it ?

When I saw the first pics I was expecting to see Westwood come out to pimp your ride!

wheels are a big improvement but needs lowering a couple of feet.

5mm spacers on each wheel hub. Sorted.

Oh, and that is one HIGH car!!

lol yeh i know its high!! haha but i dont want to lower it just yet.
i hate having to slow down over speed bumps..
and i dont have money for the refurbish yet. lol

i think it will make a good rally car :P....

o yeah on the first pic...

how do i fix the exhuast?? its hanging alot!... the gararhe said they fixed it... doesnt look like it

DM

Much better with the alloys on

As said spacers should help with the arch liner rubbing issue, then lower it and sort the exhaust out - and wouldn't it be lurvely :)

haha you forgot the RSI sideskirts :P
dont know about the gold? wheels. might refurb them white

and what are the back light? lol

The exhaust hung low on my original 1995 1.2 RL Prima and I asked my local garage to sort it and they couldnt do anything!! The originally rusted backbox I had fell off over a speedbump when I had two mates in the car haha.

tbh if you dont feel safe doing it get longer bolts.I used 5mm with standard bolts and it was fine but probably would have got longer bolts if i cba

have had spacers fitted to my mini! caused more problems than a little as everything was seized on :( good luck!

ooo 1 yes and one no... lol

which one is it?
i had longer bolts on mine when i had 5mm spacer. deffinatly worth doing. even if someone says its safe i wouldnt wanna risk the bolts sheering inside as its a b-i-t-c-h to get out and costs a lot if you cant do it yoruself
